About One Plus God Ministries

One Plus God Ministries started with God challenging Wynand de Wet in 2010 to start this ministry. This was followed by three years of preparation, a period of prayer and fasting, and then it was born in October of 2013. It is an official 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization with its main office in Marion, Ohio. The ministry’s vision is to lead God’s people to live Missions Minded, Every Day, Everywhere. The ministry mainly focuses on Global Short-Term Mission Trips to 8 countries, and Local Retreats for couples, men, women, families and business owners. They offer scheduled trips, but can also help any group or church to put a tailor made trip together reaching exactly the goals that your group/church has in mind. One Plus God can also provide a speaker for any of your church or ministry events.

Sara Glenn – Bio:

Her start in missions began when she was a young teen, devoting her summers to mission trips from the Appalachian reign of America to South America, Mexico and even Alaska. It was in 2014 during a trip to Haiti that she accepted the call to enter full time missions. It was that same year that the door opened for Sara to join One Plus God Ministries. Sara resides in Marion, Ohio with her husband Jerrell (Jay) and two children, Cameron & Cassidy.

Annalie Janse Van Rensburg – Bio:

“I was called to full time ministry in 1994. I was equipped by God as I never received training in Project Management. I was willing to help where I could and asked God to help me with the funds necessary. My motto is that what I have and who I am is enough to do what I was called for. We should never wait for the right time or for resources before we answer the calling. I am a widow, have two daughters. Corlene, my eldest is a pastor’s wife and Natasja is my youngest. Robin is my granddaughter and enjoy to join me in my missionary tasks.

“Currently I am the pastor and mentor of a team of 34 and coordinate projects which include Pre-Schools (5), Aftercare, Sport Ministry, Prison ministry, Inner-city ministry, 3 Church services and Sunday Schools. I liaise with current and potential donors and am a director of Shamwari NPO. I love to improve the lives of the people who God entrusted to me and the team not just for this life, but for life eternal.”

Becky Snyder – Bio:

“I am a retired mother of three, grandmother of 5 and great grandmother of one two year old little girl. I have been attending Apex church for the last 10 years. I have been retired for six years and I am 73 years old. After being called by God, I have been on three mission trips to Haiti with OPG. My 16-year-old grandson went with me in 2018. It made a great difference in his life. He was going through a rough breakup of his parents and was feeling that his life was terrible. He came home humbled and blessed knowing how he cared for others and could see his life wasn’t so bad after all. It was his decision to go to Haiti, to be baptized in Haiti and to attend church when he got back home. I thank God for that time with him as well as time with our Haitian family. I will continue with mission trips if it is God’s will. Two friends and I are looking forward to a trip to Africa in 2021. With God all things are possible!”
