Hope Through Exile

About the Podcast

Hope Through Exile is purposed to provide a different message than what we typically hear on news media, social media, and other platforms. An exiled message from the world of True Hope found only in Jesus!

The Name “Hope Through Exile” is based around the idea of presenting a different message than what is being presented in modern society. Displaced hope is placed on politicians, law, media, social justice activist, doctors and psychologist, and so many other forms. True Hope can only be found in Jesus. As part of that Hope, we as Christians believe that through Jesus we now have citizenship in Heaven. A citizenship that is guaranteed because Christ has already proclaimed victory.

About the Guys

I am first a Christian, born of sin and rescued by the blood of Jesus Christ. I was raised in the church since I was about 10 years old. God has blessed me with experiencing several different types of churches and encountering different people from all over the world. I have been married for 18 years to my beautiful wife Hannah and we are blessed with 3 children Ezekiel, Isaiah, and Neriah. Whom all have endured a lot as I have integrated from Active Duty Air Force to civilian life, then to college, now to my full-time career as a Logistic Management Specialist out at Wright Patterson AFB. I love music! I’ve been playing drums since I was 13 years old. I also play piano and guitar. I struggle with chronic pain every day, but I know that if God was able to us the Apostle Paul, in all his suffering, I can surely give God praise through mine.

Born again child of God. If someone were to ask me who I am, that would be my very first response. In July of 2015 Jesus rescued me from a life of sin and certain death. He just straight up walked into the darkness and pulled me out. I’ve been following Him ever since, awestruck at the way He can change a life.

I’ve been married to my beautiful wife Jenny since 2008 and we’ve been blessed with a 2 year old little girl named Eliana. I also have a 19 year old son who I love very much.

I like to read and to write. I love to listen to music of all kinds, but playing it is not my gift! Haha. I’m kind of a movie geek too. But nothing can keep my attention for too long before the Word of God draws me in. My passion in life is to see Jesus rescue people and give them a new life. We serve a good God!
